Please note that my factory radio currently powers on, but there is no sound and the FM radio does not tune properly. Could a defective Harman Kardon amplifier, COMAND module or interrupted MOST fiber-optic loop prevent your screen from producing sound? Should I repair and test the original audio system before installing your screen?

-Our Mercedes-Benz NTG3.5 Android screen includes the cables needed for installation. Generally, if the original vehicle has an AUX function, an optical fiber box is not required; it is only included when the original vehicle lacks an AUX function.
5. Does it support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?
-Yes.
6. Will the original sound quality be maintained?
-Yes.
7. Is any coding, AUX activation or additional device required?
- Generally, during installation, you just need to select the original screen settings. If your car has a backup camera, select the original camera setting; other than that, there are no further settings to configure.

16. Can the camera be controlled and its recordings viewed directly through the Android screen?
-Yes.
17. Does it record automatically when the vehicle starts?
-Yes.
18. Does it include loop recording, a memory card and parking-monitoring mode?
-It supports loop recording, but you’ll need to purchase the memory card yourself. The DVR stops working when the engine is turned off; it will only resume operation once you start the engine again.
19. If parking monitoring is available, is a separate hardwire power kit required?
-If the DVR continues to operate after the vehicle is parked, it will drain the battery; we do not recommend using it in this manner.
20. Please include all cables and accessories required to install the Dash Camera properly.
-After you place your order, we will provide all the cables needed for installation.

-Since the audio from the Android screen needs to be fed into the original CD head unit via the AUX channel, if your original CD head unit has no sound, the audio from the Android screen won’t play either. You’ll need to have it repaired to ensure the original CD head unit is producing sound.
