A customer purchased a UGODE BMW Z4 Android screen with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. After installation, they found that there was no sound, Bluetooth wasn’t working, and weather information wasn’t displayed, so they contacted us regarding this issue.

I have changed every connection as requested from the WhatsApp representative. The unit will
not let me enter the weather manually. Can you please send me another unit that works properly?The unit plays for one day then the next day it doesn’t right away. I can get out of the car and it’s not working; get back in the car later in the day and it’s working. I click on the phone icon yesterday and an analog clock pop up on the screen. There is clearly some type of software problem with my unit. I really would like another unit to try. Doing my research I was able to see other vehicles like mine work well with your screen so I know it’s compatible. Thank you for helping me with this issue.
