Some customers are interested in purchasing UGODE’s BMW digital instrument clusters. Since some BMW models come with a head-up display (HUD) while others do not—and the digital instrument clusters used vary accordingly—you should confirm whether your vehicle is equipped with a HUD before making a purchase.
● With HUD functionality:
1. There is a recessed opening below the windshield on the driver’s side, used to project driving data. The driver can see the speed displayed on the windshield, and some vehicles can display additional information as well.
2. Options such as the HUD display can be configured within the original system settings.
○ Cars without a HUD:
The area below the driver’s windshield is flat, with no recessed opening, and no driving information is visible on the windshield.
2. There are no settings for the HUD feature in the BMW’s original system settings either.
