Some customers have purchased UGODE’s Android displays for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi, which support wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. During use, users may sometimes encounter Android system issues, requiring the capture and analysis of Android system log files. The following are the steps for capturing system logs on Android displays based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 665/680/685 processors.
1.Demonstrate the problem to be reported first.
2. Insert the USB drive into the USB cable of the Android screen, click Apps-Feedback-Android log capture, and wait for the capture to complete (after completion, the storage path of the captured log will be prompted).
3. Enter “ESuper File”, find the “alog” folder in Internal Storage, copy the files in the USB drive, wait 2 minutes, unplug the USB drive, and send the files to us.
