How to capture CAN logs on UGODE Android screen.

Some customers have purchased UGODE’s Mercedes Benz BWM AUDI Android screens with wireless CARPLAY and Android AUTO functions. During use, they occasionally encounter problems with the CAN protocol and need to capture the MCU CAN log file for analysis.

Here’s how to capture the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665/680 Android screen MCU CAN logs:
1.Plug the USB drive into the USB cable of the Android screen, click Apps-Feedback-MCU CANBUS log capture – select CAN1（Some problems require selecting CAN2）, click “Start”.
2.Demonstrate the problem on the car.
3.Enter “ESuper File“, find the “mlog” folder in Internal Storage, copy the files in it to the USB drive, wait for 2 minute, then unplug the USB drive and send the files to us.
