1. Your BMW 5 Series F10 is equipped with the CIC system. The CIC and NBT systems are different; they are two distinct products.
2. Our Android head unit and digital instrument cluster are compatible with your vehicle.
3. Our Android head unit supports: the iDrive controller, parking sensors (PDC), the factory BMW menu, and vehicle settings.
The “previous track” and “next track” buttons on the steering wheel will not function, but other function buttons remain unaffected.
4. The Android head unit supports wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto.
5. We offer two options: Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 and 680, with storage configurations of 4+64GB, 8+128GB, or 8+256GB.
Screen sizes are available in 10.25-inch and 12.3-inch, with a resolution of 1920×720.
6. Warranty Policy (1-Year Warranty):
If a quality issue arises within 1 month, we will accept returns or exchanges and cover all round-trip shipping costs.
