How to solve the problem of the knob not working after installing the UGODE Audi Android screen.

Some customers who purchased the UGODE Android Audi screen with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto functionality have reported that after installation, the original vehicle knob ceases to function in Android mode, and the indicator lights on the buttons adjacent to the knob turn off.

Note: In 2009-2016 Audi low-end models, the knob is on the original CD player, which can only control the original interface and cannot control the Android system.

1. There is an MMI cable on the back of the Android screen that needs to be connected to the MMI female connector of the main cable.

2. Check if the CAN protocol selection in Android factory mode is correct. An incorrect CAN protocol selection can also cause the knob to malfunction.   Click to view details.
