Some customers who purchased the UGODE Audi Android screen, which supports wireless CarPlay and Android AUTO, found that even after turning off the engine and removing the key, the Android screen remained lit and could not be turned off. Furthermore, the Android instrument panel did not display any data, and the reversing view did not switch when reversing.
This phenomenon is generally caused by a setting issue or a loose cable connection.
1. Check the cable connection.
