Some customers purchased UGODE Android Audi screen with wireless CARPLAY and Android AUTO functions. After installation, they found that there was no sound in the Android state. The problem of no sound requires the following checks.
1.You need to select “AUX” in the original multimedia menu and then return to the Android interface to have sound.
2.If the original car has an AUX or AMI port, you need to plug the “AUDIO OUT” cable on the Android cable into it.
If the above methods do not solve the sound problem, please unplug all Android cables and reinstall them.
